you don't like it, simply return it for a prompt refund.  Refund will be by method of

We will do our very best to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Due to the high
volume of mail that we receive, not all messages will get an "immediate" or even a quick
response.  We are very sorry, but our "small" staff sometimes just cannot respond

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS "F.A.Q's"
What scale is your product?
We offer miniatures in 1/32nd (54mm) scale so they are about 2 1/4" tall. Unfortunately,
we can not make an item bigger, smaller or alter it in any way for specific collector needs.

When will __________________ be back in stock?
Unfortunately, we can not predict when certain items will return to the warehouse. Release
dates are announced on our website once the factory has given us an official shipping
notice containing an estimated arrival date.

If you are waiting for an item to return to stock, we encourage you to place a no obligation
backorder with us. This ensures that we will contact you as soon as more information on
the item of interest becomes available.

Can I have a pewter set made in plastic just for me?
Unfortunately, manufacturing costs and minimum order requirements prevent us from
honoring requests for custom made items.

An item that I want is currently out of stock. Can you have the factory
make 1 special set, just for me?
Unfortunately, the high costs of production and the factories minimum order requirements
does not allow us to honor such requests.

How many lines of product do you manufacture?
We manufacture 4 lines of product: hand painted pewter sets (metals), unpainted injection
mold plastic sets, painted injection mold plastic sets, and playsets.

How can I become a dealer?
Please contact our business office at (702) 233-8201 for dealer information.

What is your return policy?
All requests for return merchandise must be reported to our business office no later than 7
days after the date that our tracking system says that your order was delivered.
Please,
open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival.
For damages, you will need to
contact us at (702) 233-8201 to receive a return authorization number. Please be advised
that merchandise without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted for
return and a refund will NOT be issued.

After you receive your return authorization number, you will need to return the damaged
set to our office (in it's original packaging) so that we can send you a replacement. If you
are requesting a credit, a store credit will be issued, which you can use on your next order.
If you are requesting a refund, we will refund the amount of your sale (less any applicable
fees) via the original method of payment within 30 days of your request. Please note that
refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Shipping and Handling fees are non-
refundable. If you purchased your merchandise from an
Authorized Conte Dealer, please
contact your dealer directly for information on their return policy. A 15% restocking fee will
apply on all returns that are not our error.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We accept debit
cards, cashier's checks and money orders. At this time, we do not accept personal checks.
Sending a personal check for payment may result in a delay in shipping your order as the
order will be held until we are sure the funds have cleared the account.

I am a (dealer, club member...) how will my discounts be applied?
If you are a dealer or collector club member, your discounts will be applied at the time your
order is processed. A final invoice will be e-mailed or faxed to you for your records. Please
be advised that club memberships will be verified prior to shipment.

What are your standard shipping fees?
Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground on all orders shipping to an address
within the US. To view our current shipping fees, please click

How soon will my order ship to me and what shipping methods do you
use?
Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. During busy seasons, a slight
shipping delay may occur. You can call our business office at (702) 233-8201 to check the
"real time" status of your order. Our standard shipping method for shipments within the
US is UPS Ground however, we do offer expedited shipping via UPS overnight, 2-Day and
3-Day service, FedEx overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day service or US Mail service for PO BOX
and International addresses. Shipping via US Mail may cause your order to experience a
small delay in shipping. Please be advised that expedited shipping fees have higher costs
than the standard shipping fees listed on this site. You are responsible for all shipping fees
incurred on behalf of your order.

Also, please note that if you select an expedited shipping method, this method will be used
once your order is shipped. Meaning, if you place an order on Monday and select UPS
overnight service, this does not always mean that you will receive your order on Tuesday.
It simply means that you will receive your order the day after it is shipped.

Can I purchase your building/terrain pieces separate from your playsets
or multi-figure sets?
At this time, the buildings and terrain pieces featured in our playsets are not sold
separately.

Unfortunately, we do not appraise or purchase collectibles. We are unable to recommend or
endorse companies that offer these services.

Can I visit your store in Las Vegas?
Unfortunately, the Conte Collectible's staff is not large enough to meet the demand of in-
house customers. Our Valley View location is our business office and warehouse location.
We do not have a store in Las Vegas nor do we have many items on display. If you wish to
pick up your order, please call us first so that we can have it ready for you when you
arrive. Please be advised that all items purchased from the Las Vegas location are subject
to a 7.75% Nevada sales tax. If you are interested in visiting a store where you're able to
browse Conte products, please call our business office at 1-702-233-8201 and we'd be
happy to help you find a dealer in your area or you can
locate an authorized Conte
dealer online.

How will charges appear on my credit card statement?
Charges for your order will appear on your statement as a charge from "LEGENDS OF
THE SILVER SCREEN, LTD."
