| CONTE COLLECTIBLES RETURN POLICY |
RETURNS
All claims for return must be reported to the customer service
department within 7 days of delivery.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL
PACKAGING AND YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL
FIGURES/ACCESSORIES FROM THE SET THAT YOU ARE
RETURNING.
Should you need to return your order for any reason, please
contact the business office at (919) 957-3700 and request a
return authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused by the shipping department
and no refund, exchange or credit will be issued.
Conte Collectibles will refund return shipping charges on
returns that are due to our error (ie you received the wrong
item).
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15%
restocking fee will apply to all returns that are the result of
customer error (ie you ordered the wrong item, didn't like the
item you received, etc.)
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please contact the business office at
(919) 957-3700 within 7 days of receiving your items to obtain a
return authorization number. Remember to inform the Customer
Service Rep which item you would like to receive in exchange
for what you were shipped.
Your exchange will be shipped once your return is received in
saleable condition. Meaning that the item is in it's original
packaging and is not damaged in any way.
You will be charged for shipping and handling and the
difference in price (if any) at the time your exchange is shipped.
REFUNDS
If you would like to request a refund for your order, please
contact the business office at (919) 957-3700 within 7 days of
delivery. Refunds, minus any applicable fees, will be made by
the original method of payment and can take up to 30 days to
process. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all orders that are
returned due to a customer error.
Requests for refunds received outside of the 7 day allowance
will be issued via store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

without notice, as we deem necessary.
